a monthly maintenance contract.

application software, anti-virus software
A monthly maintenance contract normally
involves a monthly on-site visit with the
option of remote access by modem or tcp/ip
to perform 'quick fixes'. The contract
ensures that all systems are kept in the
best working order that is possible and
often signs of potential problems can be
identified before they become more serious. In
the event of a breakdown we aim to offer
a same day response for servers and a next
working day response for workstations. Any
parts required are charged for at cost
but there is no additional charge for labour. In
the event of hard disk failure the operating
system is restored, application software
reinstalled, all patches applied and backups
of data are restored. The terms of
